Or a bad week, or even a bad month
Take a breath,
close your eyes
take ten breaths
drink some water
stretch out your body, dance a little if you feel like it
take a shower
brush your hair
put on face cream
thank your God, or the Universe, or the Higher Self,
and get to work.nothing is over yet.
A new month has just started
thirty days from now, your life may be unrecognisable
or it may be a rosebud slowly blooming because of you watering it
because of your decision at this moment
to keep going
your consistency and attention and love
in three days, the emotions you are experiencing right now may have vanished
in ten days, you may be well on that road to somewhere
in fifteen days, you may have got the answer you had been looking for
in twenty-one days, three weeks of work will have gone past
and you’ll only have one left for a perfect month
in twenty nine days, you can be planning to celebrate your victory
and thirty days after that
and thirty days after that
and thirty days after that
a new perfect month will be dawningnothing before this moment matters anymore
it is out of reach
you can not bring it back
so why should you try to ?so you take that breath now
and keep going.
